call for participation:
*all netcasting and broadcasting radios as well as individuals are welcome
to submit their audio content till the 1st of July, 1997,  of any subject,
any length, any language.

*we will later send you the URL location of your sound file. That way you
will be able to link directly to the sound file from your page as well.

idea:
*radio on the net. Netcasting - alternative broadcasting possibilities 
for:
>experiments with communication tools and combining different media 
>open contribution 
>research on radio network developing

*net.radio network. no need for particular location of radio itself or data
place. at the same time it can be identified from each local community
where the data comes from.

*idea started with riga net.radio OZOne, developed as network radio:
OZOne's data is placed on several servers in Europe. OZOne is broadcasting
from Riga-Parks web-server, Berlin-RIS ra-server, Amsterdam-XS4ALL
web&ra-servers:

*goal: create net.radio.network for alternative net.broadcasters in
collaboration with different net.radios in europe. Radio Links project
could be the starting point for this collaboration project
