            All you artists/teenagers/video-makers: You still have time to send your film to the UNARTE_FEST 2008, the Bucharest International Experimental Film Festival!! The application is made exclusively online, just a couple of minutes and you're in!! Just go to www.unartfest.org 
  
UNARTE_FEST's aim, organized by the National University of Arts Bucharest, is the promotion of creative artists worldwide. The Festival will take place as online screening at www.unartfest.org . UNARTE_FEST will conclude with a 3-days screening in an exhibition space in Bucharest , Romania . 
  
          If you're inside the world of the video-art: independent artist or student, it would be a pleasure to be able to count on your participation in our festival, with experimental short films or animations[less than 3 minutes].
 
There are: No Entry Fees - No Fixed Themes 
The online film submission deadline is 15 September on www.unartfest.org . All the works will be open for public view on our website throughout the whole festival period and, among all the works received, the Festival Jury will nominate a number of participants for Best Experimental Film Award, UNARTE_FEST 2008.
