Taliban are kind of sounding like a boring broken record - 
announcing the beginning of the Holy War every day - while 
according to the Anti-Defamation League backgrounder on Bin 
Laden, the man declared the Holy War on the U.S. long time ago 
(in 1996) - it is only that they did not take him seriously until they 
got really, badly hit.
