[Nettime-bold] ADMIN: nettime coming through in pieces

As an FYI, looking over three days of nettime postings, they are very
sporadic.  In many instances, replies to original postings or digests came
through, but not the original posting or digest. 

Both crash sites were near major internet junctures, and many are running
on backup generators.  Those generators ran out of fuel at one point this
week and were restarted. It may be that all of your US subscribers are
missing some of the list, depending on the servers you send it through.
